1. Shipping Information

B. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

  • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)

  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

  • International Shipping (7-21 business days)

C. Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

D. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's delivery status.

E. International Shipping

  • Rose Cosmetix ships worldwide. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred upon delivery. We are not responsible for these charges.

2. Returns & Exchanges

A. Our Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your Rose Cosmetix purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 14 days of the original purchase date.

B. Eligibility for Return

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging and any seals intact.

  • Products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons are not eligible for return.

  • Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as "final sale" are non-refundable.

C. How to Start a Return

D. Refunds

F. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@rosecosmetix.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
